At Ki-Kai we stand by our products to be high quality and functional. We have a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for 45 days after the original purchase date. Basically, if the product has any defects upon arrival and it is our fault we will repair or replace your product for free.
However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your product through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.
Once a package has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the arrival of the package. It now becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product during the transportation from our facility to your location. If the product arrives damaged because of shipping, please contact your local post office to file claims and obtain a solution.
